Refund policy

At FormFlavor, every mold we create is a dialogue between precision and the organic. We stand behind the technical integrity of our artisanal tools, while also strictly enforcing policies that protect your culinary safety and our studio's standards.

1. Quality Issues & Transit Damage We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand that transit can sometimes be unpredictable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to report: Email us at support@formflavor.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon review, we will arrange a replacement sent at no additional cost to you.

2. Strict Hygiene & Artisanal Standards (Change of Mind) At FormFlavor, your health and culinary safety are our highest priorities. Because our precision silicone molds are food-contact tools used for fine pastry, we can ONLY accept returns if the mold is completely unused, unwashed, and remains in its original, unopened sealed packaging. Please understand that you will be responsible for the return shipping. We strongly encourage you to review all dimensions, volumes, and product details carefully before curating your order to ensure it fits your artistic vision.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@formflavor.com within 2 hours of placing it. Because we move quickly to prepare your order for production and shipping, once the fulfillment process has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages FormFlavor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier to the address entered for an order. If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If you need assistance filing a claim with the shipping carrier, our support team is happy to help guide you.
